Drawing Near

Third grading period is full of funny moments or rememberable happenings that make me realize that our stay here at Ilocos Sur National High would not last. We are not going to stay here forever. But before that there were learning and experiences I have to share from this grading period particularly in T.L.E. subject.
Hyperlinks, the integration of the elements of a multimedia presentation. It can be done by creatively connecting the different elements of a multimedia presentation. It was nice and enjoyable. Aside from learning different things from the different subject areas, Learning from the realities of life is also part of my exploration.
I have encountered a misunderstanding with my classmate. Luckily, the problem was being fixed last Dec. 17, 2010 the day of our Christmas program. We felt different on that day. Forgiveness reigned in our hearts.
Challenges that have tested me will serve as my stairs in reaching the top. Moving on, I will continue dreaming and believing in my own self and I will try to be more diligent in my studies.

New Year, New Me

A year has entered and its the start of something new again. God has given us another year to change the things we wanna change, do the important move we have not done before and say the words we have not said. We are so lucky for we are still alive cherishing the blessings that God gave us. Another year is approaching us to do better and become better persons.
I was just dreaming before about the things I want to be on my hands but now I am living with those things and it seemed to be not important when I live with it. I have changed in the year 2010. I have learned so many things that made me knowledgeable despite my attitude become worse. This new year I want to be changed and I want my old self to be back.
Year 2011 gives me hope to live my life more productive.

Christmas' essence

Feeling something different during Christmas is really happening. There are many changes that have happened. Enemies are becoming friends, those who are evil in attitude are becoming kind, and most of all those who have hurt have given their forgiveness. Peace and love is present.  Caring, giving and loving is much present in this season. But these should not just be felt and acted during Christmas' season instead in our everyday lives. The continuity of being kind to others, being generous, loving and caring is the real essence of Christmas for me.

Magandang Samahan Tungo Sa Maunlad At Maayos Na Lipunan

Good relationship through a developed and organized society.
Maintaining good relation to other people is always possible in attaining peace and order. And through this, working hand in hand is easy. We need not to be angry and hurt other people if they have done something to us. We should just correct them and make them realize what they have done is bad. Fix the problem and we shouldn't make the issue bigger.
Understanding others can be a harmonic tool of achieving unity.
Moreover, If we always apply it in our lives we can achieve what we want and have a progressive society via having harmonious relationship.

School break: The break I've been waiting for

We have had our school break last week. And it was almost a two week vacation which was given to us for it was 10 days all in all. To relax and enjoy the given time to us, to be with our families and that was really a propitious time we have spent with our love ones.
I was just inside our house cleaning and doing a lot of work for mother told me that I have been very busy in my studies that was the reason why I couldn't do my job at home.
At first, I was murmuring while taking those dusts on the table, television, furniture etc. but after a few minutes I enjoyed doing it. I learned to be patient again in doing the assigned task and also I couldn't feel tired in carrying such hard work If I would just enjoy it.
Aside from staying home during the school break, I was able to watch the Raniag street dancing which have happened last October 31, 2010 and this event was its first time to be seen. Our city mayor have observed that the newly started festival was successful because it has attracted a lot of tourists and the people of Vigan city liked the said event.
November 1 came, this day is known as the "All Saints Day". As we have been usually doing we went to the cemetery and visited our love ones who passed away,
Moreover, the break have given me enjoyable experiences that made me whole again.

Breaking Barriers through English

We can't be expected that we can understand others using different languages and dialects. We need one language to understand each other. To understand other people. To know what they want to express. That's why we have one language and that is English.
English is our International language. This is our bridge to communicate to other people and express what we want to tell them. We are breaking the barriers in reaching others through this.
We should learn to speak English clear and fluent to be able to give our right thoughts.

Reflections Of I

Time has passed. Many experiences have taught me again to be strong and firm in facing the realities in life that can't be escaped off. The second grading period of the school year is done. We have gained knowledge in academics and of course new inevitable experiences on going outside our room. That is what we call ECA (Extra Curricular Activities). I have not spent my full time just reading books and be just located inside our classroom. I'd balance academics and ECA.

Last October 20-22, I joined the Regional English Olympics 2010 with my classmates. We compete in the Reader's Theater but we haven't brought home the whole bacon. Despite of not bringing home the gold we have enjoyed staying there and experienced in joining Regional level. That was my first time to join. Now, I have learned to accept defeat. And I am thankful that we have traveled safely back and forth.

Those memories will always linger.
