Magandang Samahan Tungo Sa Maunlad At Maayos Na Lipunan

Good relationship through a developed and organized society.
Maintaining good relation to other people is always possible in attaining peace and order. And through this, working hand in hand is easy. We need not to be angry and hurt other people if they have done something to us. We should just correct them and make them realize what they have done is bad. Fix the problem and we shouldn't make the issue bigger.
Understanding others can be a harmonic tool of achieving unity.
Moreover, If we always apply it in our lives we can achieve what we want and have a progressive society via having harmonious relationship.

School break: The break I've been waiting for

We have had our school break last week. And it was almost a two week vacation which was given to us for it was 10 days all in all. To relax and enjoy the given time to us, to be with our families and that was really a propitious time we have spent with our love ones.
I was just inside our house cleaning and doing a lot of work for mother told me that I have been very busy in my studies that was the reason why I couldn't do my job at home.
At first, I was murmuring while taking those dusts on the table, television, furniture etc. but after a few minutes I enjoyed doing it. I learned to be patient again in doing the assigned task and also I couldn't feel tired in carrying such hard work If I would just enjoy it.
Aside from staying home during the school break, I was able to watch the Raniag street dancing which have happened last October 31, 2010 and this event was its first time to be seen. Our city mayor have observed that the newly started festival was successful because it has attracted a lot of tourists and the people of Vigan city liked the said event.
November 1 came, this day is known as the "All Saints Day". As we have been usually doing we went to the cemetery and visited our love ones who passed away,
Moreover, the break have given me enjoyable experiences that made me whole again.

Breaking Barriers through English

We can't be expected that we can understand others using different languages and dialects. We need one language to understand each other. To understand other people. To know what they want to express. That's why we have one language and that is English.
English is our International language. This is our bridge to communicate to other people and express what we want to tell them. We are breaking the barriers in reaching others through this.
We should learn to speak English clear and fluent to be able to give our right thoughts.

Reflections Of I

Time has passed. Many experiences have taught me again to be strong and firm in facing the realities in life that can't be escaped off. The second grading period of the school year is done. We have gained knowledge in academics and of course new inevitable experiences on going outside our room. That is what we call ECA (Extra Curricular Activities). I have not spent my full time just reading books and be just located inside our classroom. I'd balance academics and ECA.

Last October 20-22, I joined the Regional English Olympics 2010 with my classmates. We compete in the Reader's Theater but we haven't brought home the whole bacon. Despite of not bringing home the gold we have enjoyed staying there and experienced in joining Regional level. That was my first time to join. Now, I have learned to accept defeat. And I am thankful that we have traveled safely back and forth.

Those memories will always linger.

FILIPINNOVATION: the way forward

Isn't that education is indispensable? We all know that knowledge is power. Now this knowledge turns into wisdom that is put into action and we are reaping this in the field of science which are merely called the inventions. There are lots of ideas, methods, devices which are introduced by Filipinos. So, the word Filipinnovation is formed.
We Filipinos are not getting tired of discovering something new. In fact, there are some who have invented something that can help our country to be more productive. The sad thing is that the government is not giving support to these inventions. The result is that the other countries are the ones who benefit using the newly made devices. If only the government will have focused in giving assistance to the brilliant inventions, our country will rise. Despite of those irregularities, we are still hoping that they will glance on the beneficial things that will lead us to progress.

Who are they?

The first thing that comes to my mind when I hear the word "Hero" is that the one who saves lives.
Saving lives is an essential thing done by some people who are giving importance to their fellow men. And that is such the greatest thing to be made.
A well-known superhero- Superman is saving people in the movie. He always comes on time to help them and he is not about to what he can benefit to whom he saves but rather he is helping sacrificial.
I have my own heroes which I consider as one of my saviors. Heroes who have brought me in the starting line of my travel. They have been educating me to have knowledge in fighting for ignorance. They are the reason why I am situated to where I am right now.
They are the teachers who have been part of my journey in climbing the ladder of my success. Thanks to you!

Reflections of I

The world is vast though I only reside in a particular area where learning and discoveries also exist. I started learning at home but it doesn't mean that learning is just found inside the house. There's the school where we can absorb knowledge and understanding. I have learned a lot from school not only about different subjects but also about improving my character.
There are lots of problems I am facing right now. I felt hard in understanding Physics because there are many topics that confuse me. And there were many formulas that I need to memorize. Especially, our first grading examination will be next week. I am crammed in learning this. Family problems are also present in my life. I am living harder and harder because of these.
I am doing my best to cope up to those challenges that test me if I am firm. I find extra time in understanding the subject and It's hard for me to understand. And trying to attend most of my time for my family.
My strong faith in God strengthens and helps me in facing troubles and trials.

Great Love for Language and Nature

Love is an essential tool in caring for our own language and nature.
A love that not fades; a continuous process wherein as you live here on earth, it is our duty to protect it from harmful matters around.
Language therefore is used in expressing feelings, ideas and opinions to others through communication. There are many languages around the world. But our International language is English. We need one language for us to understand each other.
Being proud of our language is one way of loving it. We should give importance to it us to ourselves. We should use it in our everyday lives.
Patronizing our language is though an act of giving importance to it.
In caring for the nature, we need to use it properly. We need not to abuse it instead improve and cultivate it for its existence. In addition, Nature is a God- given gift as to our language.

"Sa pagkaing tama at sapat, Wastong timbang ni Baby ang Katapat"

Nutrition is also called nourishment or ailment. It is the provision, to cells and organisms, of the materials to support life. Therefore, it should be highly considered.
The good nutrition of the baby starts in the womb with what mommy eats. It is based on what the Mother eats. If it is healthy or not. Preferably, Moms should eat the right ones for the sake of their baby's nutrition.
During the mother's pregnancy, he baby's growing body has come from her mother's own body. When the baby is born she should be breastfed by her mother for it offers the best and complete food for the development of the baby.
The needed nutrients for the baby must be supplied for the goodness of the baby to grow healthy. Nutritious foods are essential. There's a great role of the mother to her child.

Letter To The President

Dear Mr. President,

A warm greetings to you sir. Congratulations for being elected as the President of our country despite the disabilities that had happened during the May 2010 election.
Many expectations coming from us are of course expected by you. Changes are being awaited. As a student, I am socially aware of what is happening in our country. Well of course problems are really unsolved. Like those of poverty, food scarcity, low standard of education and many others are considered as severe diseases that are needed to be cured.
Great responsibilities are given to you as our elected president and there are so many people hoping for you to elevate the state of our poor country and improve the life of every Filipino.
I wrote this letter for you to know that even at this age, I am really aware about our environment and country because I am also affected with all the imperfections that are being experienced by our beloved country- Philippines.
"Actions speak louder than words", a well-known quotation. This quotation means a lot and can be your guide in performing your said words into actions.
I can only help you by doing my share for the betterment of our country. Even in my own little way of caring our environment, by following laws and by studying hard.
May you rule our country righteously and sincerely with the help of our loving God.

Yours truly,
Micah Fei Abaya De La Cruz
